Follow each step below to get fully set up as a Sport Development Specialist or Global Sports Agent with ASM Sports.

STEP01

COMPLIANCE

Complete Compliance & Background Check

Within 24–48 hours of registration, you will receive an email from our HR department with a link to complete your compliance documents through Gusto and background checks through CERTN.

  • 1Complete your compliance documentation via Gusto
  • 2Complete your background check via CERTN
  • 3Once completed, your ASM email will be allocated to you
  • 4You will receive an email from Google to your new ASM Email address
📧 Check your inbox (and spam) for an email from HR within 24–48 hours.
STEP02

GOOGLE WORKSPACE

Google Account Setup

You'll receive an email from Google to set up your ASM email account. Once you have access, enabling Two-Factor Authentication is mandatory to keep your account secure.

You will not receive your Google work email until you have fully completed your compliance and background check documentation through CERTN.
  • 1Go to "Manage your Google Account" → "Security" → "Sign in"
  • 2Add a phone number or secondary email
  • 3Enable two-factor authentication (MFA)
🔐 Completing MFA is mandatory to keep your account secure and must be done before registering for the ASM Team Portal.
STEP03

PORTAL ACCESS

Register for the ASM Team Portal

Register for the ASM Sports team portal using your new ASM work email. Once submitted, an admin will review and approve your access within 24–48 hours.

You must register using your ASM work email (e.g. yourname@asmsports.co). You will not be admitted to the portal if you register with a personal email address.
⏱ Allow 24–48 hours for approval after registration.
STEP04

TRAINING

Watch Your Initial Onboarding Training

Watch your initial onboarding training video to learn the ASM Sports system, processes, and best practices. This will set you up for success from day one.

🎬 Watch the full video before your first training session.
🏆 Once you have access to the Team Portal, head to the Training section, click on "Courses", and complete the ASM Level 1 Certification to earn your certification.
